Cayman Islands is a British Overseas Territory made up of three beautiful islands (Grand Cayman, Little Cayman and Cayman Brac), flanked on all sides by the Western Caribbean Sea. Nestled in the Caribbean and known for its world class beaches, exceptional dive spots and tropical weather, it is a peace-loving nation, with tourism and the financial sectors being the main pillars of its economy.

Indian Cayman Community (ICC), is a non-profit organization, established in 2020, which aims to unify Indians living in the Cayman Islands, by coordinating and promoting activities with the mission of fostering cultural and social interactions among all those interested in the diverse Indian culture and heritage. Cayman Islands and the ICC share the same value systems and principles of service. Hence by means of community programmes, ICC aims to give back, in abundant measure, to the beautiful Cayman Island community (where the Indian community resides, works and is an integral part of) The deep-rooted Indian ideologies of peace, the unity of humanity, the sanctity of spirituality and oneness with the universe, mean that the ICC’s philanthropic efforts and community programmes aim to benefit one and all in need. The rich tapestry of Indian culture is for all to behold and a slice of this culture is what ICC wishes the Cayman Islands and the rest of the world to savour!

He began his culinary career in Mumbai, working with Chef Air Flight Catering, before moving to the prestigious Hilton Bahrain as a pastry chef. He later joined Carnival Cruise Line, and in 1998, during a cruise stop in the Cayman Islands, he discovered the place he would soon call home. An opportunity at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa marked the beginning of his successful journey in Cayman. Over the years, he has grown into a respected restaurateur, hotelier, and entrepreneur.
